Custom Manufacture

At Our Osborne Park Facility our experienced staff are equipped to manufacture or modify a host of custom tooling for various industries such as mining, drilling, woodworking and general engineering.

We have developed and manufactured cutters to drill, cut or grind materials including Bisalloy®, Inconel®, rail line, machine buckets and wear plates for the mining industry.

Examples of custom tooling include:

  • Spindle moulder cutters
  • Extend drill bits, holesaws, router bits
  • Carbide Tipped holesaws for timber, steel, concrete, poly pipe.
  • Manufacture & retip hot tap cutters
  • Modifying metalworking tooling for specific purpose such as annular cutters and drills
  • Retip diamond core bits and blades
